I just created a new public playlist on Spotify and it's dedicated to all the broken people out there. This isn't something personal; however, some of the songs in this playlist are kind of related to me, especially the 26th song which I dedicate to my father. The 27th song is like the story of my life! My favorite artists/bands are also featured in this more than 2-hour playlist such as The Pretty Reckless, Lana Del Rey, Evanescence, and Amy Winehouse. If you are going to ask me about the genre of the songs, they are all different. Although you might not hear an RnB song here, I'll try to make this playlist grow and become even better. What makes me proud about this Spotify playlist is the story I managed to create from beginning to end, so I really do recommend that you DON'T SHUFFLE this playlist if you're planning to listen to everything.
That's it and I hope you like it! I embedded it below, and you can listen to it on your own Spotify here: The Broken Playlist
PS. By the way, this is my first ever entry after a very long time - also my first post for the year of 2015. I hope this continues!

The Pretty Reckless "Burn" Lyrics
I finally found the song of my life - BURN. The Pretty Reckless is one of my favorite bands and they just released the second single of their newest album called Going to Hell. The first single they released was Follow Me Down - it was good and so rock and roll. And earlier on the first of July, they released this song - BURN. It's so fucking short but beautiful. People who feel so much pain in their lives can relate to this song and I'm totally one of them. Now, here are the lyrics. I've also embedded the official video below.
The Pretty Reckless "Burn" Lyrics
Here comes the darkness
It's eating at my soul
Now that the spark has gone out of control
This fire is raging
I can't find the door
I just wanna die here
But you want it more
You want me to burn...
Want me to burn...
Want me to hurt...
And maybe I will finally learn
Here comes the darkness
It's eating at my brain
Now that the light has driven me insane
This fire is blazing
And I'm still inside
I just wanna die here
You won't let me out alive
You want me to burn...
Want me to burn...
Want me to hurt...
And maybe I will finally learn

Man of Steel on Philippines' Independence Day?!
"Man of Steel" on Philippines' Independence Day?! Are you fucking kidding me? I mean, of all the dates you can release this film, why choose June 12, our Independence Day?
I already know when Man of Steel will premiere here in the Philippines long before I even made this post and it's just now that I realize I needed to share what I feel about this. Today, Man of Steel premieres on Philippines' nationwide cinemas, but do you guys know what we celebrate annually, specifically on this day? It's our country's Independence Day. Of course, I bet everybody already knows what this day means. It's a holiday. Most people don't work during holidays. It's a great day for a movie release because more people would get the chance to watch! But come on, man! Filipinos are supposed to commemorate today (or at least just rest) what OUR heroes have done for our country to be free and not just watch Man of Steel. Freedom, aside from Trust, is a really BIG word. I don't see why a lot of people would actually be more excited to watch Man of Steel than sleep. Is it for being-in-the-trend? Is it because Superman is also a hero himself? WTF?
I, myself, am a fan of Hollywood movies but I won't spend my rest day waiting in line for the premiere. I honestly won't celebrate Independence Day formally, but what I would do is become more productive or something.
I salute the people who WON'T watch this film today. There will definitely be more days for you to watch it and I assure you that there will be less people then.
I'll end this. I dunno if I'm going to applaud this kind of 'marketing' idea that they had (because it'll really work!), but this release date of Man of Steel here in the Philippines isn't just a coincidence. It's on purpose. It's an assurance for the movie producers (I really don't know who's responsible for this bullshit) to see a really good cash flow coming from us, Filipinos, the movie-watchers. It's obvious. You can't hide that from some people, especially me.
PS. I actually don't have plans of watching this movie but since our company has given me the opportunity to do so, (which means, it's free) then I don't have a choice.

I'm Dancing Again
It's been a long time since I stopped dancing - even just inside my room. My last "performance" was that in college. It was just for an intermission number. My classmates actually performed the same dance twice before. Here's the first time, where everyone gets to dance in synch (I'm the girl who left her jacket opened, btw):
The second time we danced the same piece, we weren't actually dancing together (literally), but it was fun. I won't share it here, though. LOL.

Anyways, back to my story. Since I stopped dancing, I never had a chance to dance again because of my busy, working life. I started working immediately after college and I never get to practice my skill again. I was basically just dancing inside my room before, making steps to a really good song and doing it over and over again. It stopped and I'm now fat. Yeah, dancing was my only exercise before. It would've been the only thing that could stop me from being THIS.
But I found a way and I am so happy right now. I enrolled in a 12-session Girl Hip Hop class in Big Shift. Our instructor is Cheska Tabifranca and she's really, really good. You'll see her in the video that I'm going to share later on.
So, I enrolled and everything was made possible by my parents. LOL. At least, I mean, AT LAST, they already supported me with this kind of stuff. Dancing has always been my passion. I started dancing when I was young and I can actually do more.

I enrolled together with my colleague and we are enjoying it! I just lost 4 kilograms. :) We are down to 9 more sessions. Each session is every Friday and we just started last May 3. We already learned two choreography from Cheska. It's quite cool 'cause we're always dancing to the tune of the late, great Aaliyah - "Rock the Boat" and "Enough Said".
The classes are so far, so good... Here's my favorite dance so far. It's simple, bouncy and sexy? LOL.

Cheska, our instructor, is the one on the center, and I'm the one wearing yellow shirt.
